梁振英指外來勢力介入香港「占中」行動

香港行政長官梁振英在接受香港媒體訪問時表示，「占中」行動有外來勢力介入，但他並沒有具體指出是哪一個外來勢力。

BBC中文網報導，梁振英在亞洲電視周日（10月19日）的英文節目《時事縱橫》中還指出，一直以來都有外來勢力介入香港事務，這次並非唯一一次。

梁振英在訪問中並沒有回應他是否管治失誤或失敗，是否武力清場，是否將爭取連任等問題。

梁振英說，在過去三個星期，香港政府和警方已經用了最大的容忍面對「占中」行動，但必須盡快使香港恢復正常。

當被問及在旺角出現的暴力場面時，梁振英說，旺角的情況和其他地區不一樣，所以警方的處理手法也不一樣。

梁振英認為，造成這次占領行動的根本問題是2017年普選問題。他說：「占領的學生與支持者爭取的公民提名，並不符合基本法的要求，特區政府無法將不合法變成合法。」。
