有水療館嗎？

水療設備在台灣已經很普遍了。新北市以及北市公立泳池都有。不用說宜蘭花蓮等地的溫泉旅館。但這些設備在國外似乎只有spa按小時收費。費用高昂。請問在北海道，東京，或普及島嶼找得到嗎？也許有些地方有一兩樣類似泡沫浴的。但有沒有相台灣這樣齊全的？還是我因該尋找三溫暖而不是溫泉浴？老骨頭了。希望找個水柱衝衝就好。謝謝。
