國防部稱求救二兵已多次情緒失控

對於北部軍事法院上午突然出現一名憲兵二兵向媒體求救，國防部發言人羅紹和上午表示，這名義務役戒護兵隸屬於北部地區軍事法院看守所，平日負責一般衛哨勤務，他在5月20日向單位報到後，已有多次情緒控管不穩、失控的現象，上午他再度出現情緒異常，事發後北部地區軍事法院已用救護車載士兵到國軍桃園總醫院就醫，醫生診斷後已安排住院就醫，軍方也已通知家屬趕到現場。羅紹和表示，國防部已責成北部地區軍事法院，了解單位內是否涉及不當管教或其他異常情事。
