休士頓火箭2013年夏天組成巨星陣容，目前人在台灣的「魔獸」Dwight Howard於19日抵台記者會上表示，自己很期待與新隊友合作。
「去年，我的身體狀況、球隊狀況，都不是那麼好，但我相信新球季我一定會比上個球季表現更好。」Howard說。
Howard上季在洛杉磯湖人平均每場貢獻17.1分、12.4籃板，雖然數據還是很夠水準，球場外卻與球隊鬧得相當不愉快。
「雖然火箭還沒有開始練球，我知道休賽期間大家都很努力，有些人甚至比之前更壯了。」Howard說。
談到新隊友，搞笑的Howard收起玩心，認真地說：「林書豪、James Harden都是擋拆能手，我們可以好好搭配。」 (接下一頁)
