前總統府副祕書長羅智強昨日正式卸任，今（1）日馬上發出公開信給立法院長王金平，力勸關說司法的國會議長「放下個人權位，才是國家的拾起」，還以強烈措辭向王金平喊話：「您還欠台灣人民一個道歉。」
以下是羅智強給王院長的公開信全文：
王金平院長鈞鑒：
您還欠台灣人民一個道歉。
智強雖然和院長並無深厚交往，但素知院長熱情、圓融、樂心助人、與人為善的個性，讓很多人對您都深感敬佩。
就像關說司法風暴發生迄今，您在媒體前的溫和柔軟、不嗔不怒，顯現出您在政壇多年的深厚歷練，而當外界質疑馬英九總統在您出國嫁女時，仍要您回國是不近人情，您也願意站出來澄清說，馬總統只知道您出國，並不知您嫁女，這些都展現了您為人的一貫厚道。
換言之，我不是不贊同院長的待人處事，或刻意對院長有任何不敬與敵意。我只是很單純的認為，在您打電話給曾勇夫部長、陳守煌檢察長，關切民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘的司法個案的那一刻，就傷害了台灣司法的公正與尊嚴。
對這一點，我沒有辦法因為院長待人處世上的成功，就混淆了自己心中對是非的判斷。
從您打電的那一刻，司法女神手中的天平便向有權勢的一方歪斜；司法女神的寶劍成為保護有權勢者的血刃；司法女神的眼罩更被您揭開，讓她在裁判時會先看看被裁判者的身分。
從那一刻，您就欠台灣人民一個道歉。
