闖紅燈亂吐口水法院判賠3萬

高雄市黃姓男子闖紅燈遭路過的楊姓女子指責，黃竟朝對方吐口水5、6次，楊女不堪遭受侮辱，告上法院並索賠10萬精神慰撫金；高雄地方法院在楊女臉上驗出有黃男DNA，判決黃男賠3萬元；刑事部分妨害名譽判處拘役45天，可易科罰金，一天一千元，4萬5千元，全案仍可上訴。
