安室奈美惠 自認「肉食女」

被視為「超完美辣媽」安室奈美惠推出全新單曲《TSUKI 月亮》，日前登上時尚雜誌的封面人物，分享近況及保養秘方，她笑說：「其實我在去年就突然有一種想法，應該找個機會去神社參拜，正好巡迴演唱會的途中會經過出雲大社，就很自然進去參拜祈求良緣。」

36歲的安室奈美惠，她害羞可愛的笑容，細緻的皮膚像凍齡，也讓人好奇她的保養之道，她說：「我非常重視保濕，只要覺得乾乾的時候，我就會補充水分或是抹乳液，讓肌膚隨時充滿水份。」而運動方面，她非常喜歡在健身房藉由壓力球運動，鍛鍊身體的線條，藉此讓身體線條看起來緊緻與優美。

至於飲食方面，一般印象多吃蔬果少吃肉才養生，但安室透露她是吃肉保持體力，「我很愛吃肉，在舉辦演唱會的期間，特別愛吃肉，由其是燒肉與鐵板燒。」她忍不住笑說：「大家都應該知道我是愛吃肉的代表吧！」安室奈美惠全新單曲《TSUKI 月亮》將於29日在台正式發行。
