佔國有地遭檢舉　調查員洩密判6月

基隆市曹姓餐廳業者被檢舉佔用國有地劃設停車位，案件由調查局基隆市調查站陳姓調查官承辦。不料陳姓調查官卻違反「偵查不公開」規定，將此檢舉案件及曹男電話，告訴張姓民間友人，張男遂約曹碰面，表示可「擺平」這件官司，惟曹男自認並無犯意，拒絕所請，張男事後將碰面結果告知陳嫌，市調站不便偵辦自家人，移請北部地區機動工作站偵辦。

基隆地檢署偵查後依洩漏秘密罪起訴，法官考量陳嫌一時思慮不周觸法，惟其侵害尚非嚴重，經此教訓後當無再犯之虞，全案審結，判處有期徒刑6月，易科罰金18萬元，緩刑2年，暫不執行以勵自新。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
