幫幫我~~~在停車場撞到別人機車該怎麼辦 (20點)

上禮拜三在停車場,我機車要後退時不小心撞到別人機車,
對方機車整個倒掉,對方車主當下不再現場,
於是我將它機車扶起來,大概看看沒有什麼損傷,
3天過後,接到警衛通知說對方車主有調監視器,看到是我把它機車用倒的,
想跟我私下談談和賠償事宜.(警衛說龍頭等部位有損傷)

請問跟對方車主私下談和賠償事宜我該注意些什麼?
因為我怕被對方坑錢
如果對方獅子大開口我該如何保障我自己?!

我的機車保險有受理嗎(因為我當下在停車場並沒有報警)

因為第一次遇到這種事情,我不知道如何解決,謝謝大大幫忙
