請教各位大大 不知該如何選擇 幫幫忙~小弟今年26歲 高雄捷運：薪水:26K~28K之間，不見得每年調，由史以來最高調了2.5%，年薪固定14個月 沒有其他吸引人的福利跟錢。 上班方式：周休二日，沒機會加班，想加也不給你加。 工作環境：比起傳統製造業，已經算是很好了，在地上滾三圈還不太會髒。 中國鋼鐵：起薪：26500+產銷獎金大約9000，每年固定沒犯錯大約調整1000到2500，產銷 獎金會跟著底新越來越高。 8月和3月，有員工分紅跟激勵獎金，加起來大概平均都有五個月，再加年終一 個月，一年公司正常可以有19~21個月的薪水。 上班方式：作六休二，輪早中晚。 工作環境：看運氣，但幾乎都很差，粉塵，高溫，噪音，每個單位幾乎會含有一樣，沒辦法在地上滾。 總結： 捷運什麼都好~就是沒錢 中鋼什麼都不怎麼好~就是錢很多 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.120.96 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1398855691.A.A8F.html
