法新社報導，俄羅斯總統普亭11日抵達拉丁美洲訪問行程的首站古巴。古巴媒體「古巴拉丁新聞社」說，古巴第一副總統狄亞茲─卡內爾在首都哈瓦那的馬丁國際機場，迎接普亭的到訪。

這是普亭14年內第二度訪問古巴，他的預訂行程中包括與古巴總統勞爾．卡斯楚及古巴強人卡斯楚會晤。普亭此次出訪還將訪問阿根廷及巴西。
