復興空難傷者人間國寶葉根壯的外孫女陳培樺，28日從澎湖三軍總醫院後送到中國醫藥大學附設醫院就醫，病情大有進步，中國醫藥大學附設醫院主任秘書方信元表示，陳培華昏迷指數已經上升到6，陳父深深一鞠躬感謝為女兒加油打氣的全國同胞，希望大家一起集氣，繼續幫陳培華加油!彰化縣副縣長柯呈枋今下午前往中國醫藥大學附設醫院探視彰化秀水人陳培華，中國附醫主任秘書方信元陪同說明病情，她說相信在中國附醫醫療團隊的努力下，陳培樺一定會好起來！（曾雪蒨／台中報導）
