法提醒：俄人道救援恐掩飾秘密行動

法國今天提醒，任何俄羅斯送往東烏克蘭人道救援車隊，都可能是為了掩蓋若干秘密行動，並對烏克蘭政府與紅十字會施壓。

法國外交部長法畢斯（Laurent Fabius）說，「除非是經過受援助國家的同意，並由紅十字會協助」。法畢斯指出，事態尚未穩定，要特別小心俄羅斯可能藉此掩蓋俄國逼近頓內次克（Donetsk）與盧甘斯克（Lugansk），並宣布「既成事實」。

法畢斯強調，任何援助必須經紅十字會同意，（這次）沒有軍隊隨行，也有其他國家參與，並經過烏克蘭同意。
