聯發科工程師跳槽 涉違反營業秘密法

調查局北部地區機動工作站、新北、桃園、新竹等地調查站，發現聯發科資深鄭姓工程師等10人，疑為獲取高額報酬，今年起陸續投靠到香港一間科技公司任職，涉嫌違反營業秘密法，今天（12日）陸續搜索、偵訊。

調查局調查發現，以鄭為首的10人，因熟悉聯發科研發、生產及銷售晶片等技術，「帶槍投靠」競爭對手，讓對方竊取研發團隊成果，尚在偵訊中。
