蘇格蘭進行獨立公投，除了全球市場屏息以待外，投信認為，基於避險，資金會流向美元資產以及亞債市場。

宏利投信表示，歐洲景氣自第2季開始走緩，8月以來更因為地緣政治因素、區域衝突影響，宏利亞太入息基金經理人王建欽指出，股債市都出現動盪，進入9月，蘇格蘭獨立公投更是市場屏息以待的重大事件。

王建欽指出，屬於蘇格蘭的蘇格蘭皇家銀行與巴克萊銀行是英國國內發行金融商品規模可觀的銀行，若蘇格蘭獨立，則以兩家銀行所發行的金融商品必須重新評等，將使得歐元金融商品行情出現劇烈波動。(中央社)
