大家好我想請問關於中華學專3G 591還是4G 587 的問題目前我的狀況是台哥大學專689，還在合約內但是我想解約(違約金大概$1800)，因為家人突然都轉到中華害我電話費爆增我原本是想買IPHONE 6搭中華學專4G 587 可是一個在通訊行上班的同學跟我說，這個方案雖然手機折價多但是4G會被降速降成128K，比3G吃到飽還爛她建議我先轉過去中華搭3G 591再升級4G，才不會被降速，真的是這樣嗎?
