【更新】一之鄉染餿產品　今送銷毀

一之鄉的魯肉日頭餅，因使用到芳福香豬油下游業者銘珍食品公司所製成的魯肉豆沙餡，日前已封存餿油餡料及產品，本月17日一之鄉向北市衛生局申請食品銷毀，今天送往北投垃圾焚化廠銷毀。北市衛生局今於北投垃圾焚化廠銷毀一之鄉公司「魯肉豆沙」餡料及「魯肉日頭餅」產品，共銷毀數量為餡料383.27公斤及日頭餅73個，合計530公斤。
 
一之鄉表示，魯肉日頭餅非該公司主力產品，僅佔整體營業額0.2%，且與公司產品發展方向不同，已聲明未來將不再販售。（沈能元／台北報導）
