黃金期貨周一上漲，收盤反彈至每盎司1200美元之上，美元回檔帶來支撐。

紐約12月黃金上漲14.40美元，或1.2%，收於每盎司1207.30美元。上周五，黃金今年走勢轉為跌勢，強勁的就業報告壓低了避險需求。這是近月黃金期貨合約今年首度收盤低於1200美元。周一反彈走勢，讓黃金於2014年再呈漲勢，今年以來上漲0.1%。

過去三個月，美元上漲壓低了黃金與其他以美元計價的商品，但分析師認為美元漲幅已過度，展望明年，他們看漲黃金。

在周一發布的報告中，分析師說，他們「持續預期黃金價格將走高，因全球需求仍穩定，流動性仍充裕，且美元似乎超買。」預期2015年，黃金平均每盎司1400美元，2016年為1450美元。

美元漲勢於周一受阻，有助支撐黃金與原油期貨。

其他金屬交易中，12月白銀上漲40美分，或0.4%，至每盎司17.23美元。
