我12/1-12/7前往京都，住在kyoto royal hotel & spa 有些問題想請教....

1.有會中文的服務人員嗎?
2.是否能請飯店代訂餐廳?(例如菊乃井..爬文得知需要飯店代訂...)
3.可代叫計程車嗎?(有小朋友以及老人)
