到忘憂森林坐公車

請問如果要去忘憂森林的話有哪些公車可以做??
在網路上有看到好像可以搭溪頭到杉林溪的公車然後跟司機說要在忘憂森林登山口下車
可是那樣的話要怎麼回去...?如果攔公車的話司機會停嗎??
