嚴凱泰好爽快！　過年最長可休15天

今年農曆年，一般民眾只可以連休六年，但裕隆汽車卻可以不必喬假、耍心機請假，就可以放到十天！真的令人好羨慕喔！

今天出版的《中國時報》報導，裕隆集團今年首度啟動彈性調假機制，春節連假從2月14日放到2月23日共10天，超過3萬名員工受惠；和泰車旗下國瑞汽車連假更長達15天。裕隆主管表示，由於員工希望能放長一點，在經請示董事長嚴凱泰後，嚴凱泰評估過年前該交的車也交了，加上去年業績不錯，員工辛苦一年，於是爽快點頭，同意集團彈性放假。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
