彰化縣立委補選競爭激烈，民進黨候選人陳素月陣營多次批評國民黨候選人卓伯源在彰化縣長任內政策，並批評卓伯源印了六千萬份月曆。卓伯源競選總部晚間表示，台灣才二千三百萬人，如果印了六千萬份月曆，豈非每個人可拿到三份，相信選民都知道，這是不可能的事何況縣府標案都公開上網，一查即知。但對手的說法，已抹黑他的形象，更傷害台灣選舉風氣，希望選民能客觀觀察政治人物的施政，杜絕抹黑等選舉手段，才能為彰化選賢舉能。
