「青春度假天堂」旅館　環評通過

蔡燕萍自然美集團將在宜蘭冬山河右岸計畫興建「青春度假天堂」國際觀光旅館，環保署環評大會今天審查通過，佔地約2萬平方公尺，總投資經費25億元，預計可以容納338名旅客住宿，增加200個就業機會，並有SPA、游泳池、水療等設施，環評順利通過，預計今年上半年動工，並可望於民國106年完工。

「青春度假天堂」位於52甲濕地北側，與濕地邊界直線距離僅65公尺，與濕地水域距離約280公尺，濕地內含有6種稀有植物和紅尾伯勞等4種保育類鳥類。
但環評認為此案都為低矮建築建物，不會對往返候鳥造成影響。

另外，為了spa會館需要，自然美將會每天向宜蘭縣政府購買60CMD的購買溫泉原水使用。自然美承諾每天換水量51.51CMD將全數回收沖廁使用，生活用水處理後納入污水下水道系統排放。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
