希臘失去ECB的融通管道

歐洲央行(ECB)4日限制對希臘金融體系的貸款，失去ECB這條重要的融通管道將讓希臘新政府承受更大壓力，必須對撙節要求屈服。

ECB於4日晚間9時36分在法蘭克福宣布的這項決議，勢必讓希臘銀行業的融資成本大為升高，ECB對銀行業的監管也更趨嚴格。
