在2014年期間都未有公告過這是合法的嗎

年終獎金不是薪資不是勞工的保障薪資是福利完全由老闆決定要不要給跟給多少完全由老闆決定所謂完全由老闆決定的意思是員工連質疑的權力都沒有也沒有所謂公平不公平的問題

老闆可以所有員工都不給只給你也可以全部員工都給偏偏不給你完全由老闆決定老闆也可以所有人都給2個月然後只給你200塊

給或不給或是怎麼給給多少不需要任何理由也不需要給員工任何解釋
