美國務卿：支持德法的新烏克蘭和平方案

美國國務卿柯瑞5日訪問烏克蘭首都基輔，法國總統歐蘭德和德國總理梅克爾緊接著訪問基輔，並提出新的烏克蘭和平方案，並將於6日訪問莫斯科，與俄國總統普亭討論新和平方案。

柯瑞與烏克蘭總理亞琛紐克會晤後表示，美國支持德法提出的新和平計畫。美國並未參與這項計畫，柯瑞也不會前往莫斯科。

在美國考慮提供致命性武器給烏克蘭之際，德法領袖急赴基輔，並提出新和平計畫，阻止美國提供武器的意圖明顯。
