美國副總統拜登今天會晤歐洲理事會主席圖斯克後表示，不允許俄羅斯重新繪製歐洲地圖，烏克蘭正在生死存亡關頭，美國與歐洲必須共同努力協助烏克蘭。

拜登（Joe Biden）今天下午會晤圖斯克（Donald Tusk），雙方就烏克蘭問題、恐怖攻擊、經貿等議題交換意見。

面對烏克蘭衝突近來有升高的趨勢，拜登質疑俄羅斯玩兩手，一方面表達和平解決烏克蘭問題的意願，另方面卻又不斷調動軍隊到烏克蘭，完全不顧各方同意的停火協議。

拜登表示，不能允許俄羅斯重新繪製歐洲地圖，而那這是俄羅斯正在做的。現在是烏克蘭生死存亡的關頭，美國與歐洲必須同一陣線、與烏克蘭站在一起，提供烏克蘭需要的金援與支持。

圖斯克則表示，烏克蘭的獨立、主權與領土完整是不容妥協的，歐盟與美國必須肩並肩、共同協力向俄羅斯施壓。
