昨晚首位德國囚犯遣回德服刑

昨天晚上法務部依2013年11月與德國簽訂的「移交受刑人及合作執行刑罰協議」，昨晚遣送位德國囚犯回德國服刑。昨天晚上桃園地檢署檢察官指揮調局官和警方押解德國人Söllner交給兩名德國警員帶回德國服刑，今天已返抵德國。法務部表示，Söllner在2005年11月間因犯運輸第一級毒品案，被桃園地方法院判刑14年確定並入監服刑。
