凱瑞致電俄外長促落實烏克蘭停火

美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）今天與俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫（SergeiLavrov）通電話，敦促全面落實本週在白俄羅斯明斯克就終止烏克蘭衝突達成的協議，包括15日零時起停火。

路透社引述國務院高階官員的話報導，凱瑞也向拉夫羅夫表示，擔心烏克蘭城鎮傑巴利采韋（Debaltseve）附近激烈戰況，以及俄國和烏克蘭東部的分離主義分子在停火前努力切斷這座城鎮對外聯繫。

烏克蘭和北大西洋公約組織（NATO）長久以來指控俄國一直輸送武器和士兵，支援烏東的分離主義叛軍，但俄國否認涉入。
