申請許可挨轟管太多　墾丁擬開放釣魚

墾丁成為國家公園後，依法釣客在墾丁釣魚「需經許可」，卻始終無人申請。去年有釣客被取締開單，鎮長帶民眾抗議管太多，墾管處擬有條件鬆綁垂釣禁令。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，國家公園法明文規定，管制區或遊憩區內垂釣，需經國家公園管理處許可，但31年來申請件數為零。釣魚禁令將鬆綁，有釣友認為誠意不足，地方保育團體抨擊「小妥協、大禍患」、「這不是讓步」，墾管處保育研究課長馬協群說，而是更有效地經營管理海洋資源。（即時新聞中心／綜合報導）
