徐才厚逝世　中方：涉案家屬絕不姑息

中國國防部26日舉行例行記者會，有記者問及，中共中央軍事委員會前副主席徐才厚死後是否會對其家人從輕發落一事，國防部新聞事務局局長、國防部新聞發言人耿雁生大校表示，解放軍堅持依法治軍、從嚴治軍，軍隊絕不允許有腐敗分子的藏身之地。

由於徐才厚病亡，根據法律的規定，軍事檢察院對徐才厚作出不起訴的決定，其涉嫌受賄犯罪所得依法處理。對徐才厚案件其他涉案人員，當局會繼續依法進行調查，堅持一查到底、絕不姑息。

此外，針對早前軍方第二次公布了14名高級將領涉腐人員被查名單，耿雁生強調，軍中絕不允許有腐敗分子藏身之地的鮮明態度，打「老虎」、拍「蒼蠅」，特別是嚴肅查處徐才厚、谷俊山、楊金山等一批大案要案，再次彰顯軍隊依法治軍、從嚴治軍的堅定決心。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
