法蘭絨、搖粒絨清洗問題

最近要買床包被套組，有看到法蘭絨跟搖粒絨的，觸感應該是法蘭絨的比搖粒絨的柔軟，也比較溫暖，價格也稍高，上網查過說搖粒絨的可以用少許的清潔劑清洗，但法蘭絨的只能用清水清洗，是這樣子的嗎？

還有聽說搖粒絨會起毛球會掉毛，法蘭絨則不會，真的是這樣子嗎？
