新北市1名女老師3年前與14歲男學生到摩鐵做愛，在高等法院審理時，女老師聲淚俱下認罪大喊「我錯了」，並道歉賠償獲得對方父母原諒，法官昨(31)判女老師10個月、緩刑3年。

據《自由時報》報導，女老師長相清秀，實際年齡大國中男學生沒幾歲，2人互表愛意，陷入熱戀，竟不顧師 生關係，到賓館發生性行為。

不料2人的戀情傳到學校另名老師耳中，向學校檢舉，校方介入調查後，將女老師移送法辦，法院依「和14歲以上、未滿16歲人性交罪」判刑。
