總統馬英九原訂今天下午2時要到屏東車城鄉，從福安宮出發騎鐵馬，沿途經過恆春鎮、墾丁，一直騎到鵝鑾鼻，不過因為屏東今早下起大雨，中途一度停歇，但上午10時又開始颳風下大雨，持續下到中午仍未停歇，因此行程取消。
