想買平板還是手機?哪個比較好?

主要是想要照像可以上傳比較方便，所以想買智慧型手機
平板可以打電話嗎?
想買ipadmini3，可是像素只有500。
或者買asus得手機，但不知道買哪一種?想買最新的~
還是說最近會出新手機我可以等一等?
我想要買有1000畫素以上的照相手機。

請問各位大大有什麼推薦的嗎?

三星會爆炸就不考慮惹><
