先不要那麼衝動直接殺去監理站，
建議先去社會局的網站看看或是跑社會局一趟，
他們會有該縣市的身心障礙福利或補助的list，
那上面會有交通上以及其他生活上的福利措施，
關於交通方面需要附那些證件 or 向哪個單位申請都會有詳細的介紹，
照著準備就可以了~

交通方面的福利原則上都是這幾類身心障礙手冊，行車執照，身分證，戶口名簿這幾樣
有的要看正本然後把影本收走，所以多印幾份準沒錯!
