衛福部指最重可罰毒澱粉廠商茂利1500萬元

【蔡明樺／台北報導】毒澱粉再現南台灣。台南茂利澱粉廠今年5月被查出製造毒澱粉，本月初又被檢調在另一處秘密倉庫查獲240噸毒澱粉，衛福部食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美今撂重話，指茂利製造毒澱粉涉隱匿不報，嚴重違反《食品衛生管理法》，除最重將面臨1500萬元罰款外，還可能背負3年以下有期徒刑，檢調正在清查茂利所有的倉庫和毒澱粉流向。

姜郁美說，毒澱粉風暴後，台南市衛生局每月仍到夜市、飲食店等抽驗10件澱粉類食品，10月15日抽驗夜市豆乳雞攤販使用的地瓜粉，檢驗結果順丁烯二酸含量竟逾800ppm（parts per million，百萬分之一濃度），攤販業者供出上游後，本月初檢調和台南市衛生局鎖定3家澱粉廠抽驗18件樣品，唯一驗出含順丁烯二酸的毒澱粉就是茂利製造，循線才查獲黑心業者藏毒澱粉的秘密倉庫。
