私校編制外職員 下月納勞基法

勞動部今天指出，6萬3千多名私立各級學校編制外職員，8月1日起將納入勞基法保障，可享法定勞退金、資遣費，且只要是繼續性工作，也不能再簽1年1聘的定期契約，但私校編制外教師暫不納入。
