又有颱風！　關島附近低壓已成輕颱

在關島附近海面與菲律賓附近海面各有一個熱帶性低氣壓，強度都在持續增強中。其中距離台灣較遠、位在關島附近海面的熱帶性低氣壓，在今天中午增強為今年第11號輕度颱風哈隆（Halong，越南命名，原意為風景區名），至於另一個距離台灣較近的熱帶性低氣壓也有發展為颱風的趨勢。

氣象局指出，菲律賓東方海面的熱帶性低氣壓會先影響台灣，預計周三入夜後至下周日天氣將逐漸轉為不穩定。至於哈隆颱風是否影響台灣，則還需要再觀察。（生活中心／台北報導）
