中石化拒斷管 陳菊：依法行事

針對中石化自認為受害人不配合高雄市政府斷管之事，市長陳菊今天說，依法行事，依照行政程序法第123條；她強調，「在力求安全下，有些事必須要做的」。

高雄氣爆災區為加速重建工程，市府昨天決定截斷凱旋路的中油、中石化及榮化管線。但中石化不配合並要求提出法源，最後工務局祭出廢止「挖掘道路及管線使用道路許可」，並依行政程序法強制作為，斷然切管。
