餿水油事件 吳敦義：中央地方都檢討

食安風暴持續延燒，今天在國民黨十九全第二次會議也成討論焦點。副總統吳敦義也公開批評，中央與地方都要檢討、負責。

吳敦義說，整起事件中央與地方都要承擔一定的行政，甚至是刑事責任，現行法令制度也要檢討。

吳敦義認為，食品安全的確保不能寄望「良心已被狗吃掉」的壞廠商自我管理，如果中央地方沒有辦法根本改革，食安問題還是會一再發生。
