小弟目前還是的大學生前一陣子找了一個兼職日商愛捷是盤點公司公司在高雄有個分部我做的是一般的大夜盤點員就是拿一台機器在嗶來嗶去由於工作需要被外派到外縣市我住高雄會被派到嘉義台南屏東但通勤時間皆只補助100 其他就車票公司出我給個簡單的時間表是我外派到嘉義點的 pm6:00從家裡出發→6:30高雄火車站集合→7:00搭車→9:00近店開始記薪→am6:00退店→am9:00回到高雄結算為工作奔波近15小時扣除休息實際算7小時其中4小算大夜加級時薪138正常時薪120在加通勤補助100 實領也才1000 出頭不知道這樣通勤算不算加班呢？公司的補助這樣合理嗎？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 27.243.189.131 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1410789498.A.8AA.html
