三星教作創意蔥油餅 台灣造型口味特別

宜蘭縣三星鄉盛產三星蔥，以三星蔥製作的蔥油餅遠近馳名，三星鄉公所邀大廚陳楓洲等人，教60名鄉民製作創意蔥油餅，今天上午成果發表，各式各樣的蔥油餅，如山東蔥餅、包餡蔥油餅、蔥餅麵條等，口味有甜有鹹，學員還以包進豆沙餡的「蔥之戀」餅，排成台灣造型，很特別。

鄉長黃錫墉表示，三星蔥油餅年產值近4000萬元，鄉公所舉辦蔥油餅大賽，並舉辦蔥油餅研習課程後，產值已有5000萬元，希望蔥油餅能發揮更多創意，透過研習活動，讓更多鄉民學會做創意蔥油餅，開發事業。
