扁保外游錫堃盼不再有總統被關

前總統陳水扁保外就醫獲准，前行政院長游錫堃說，雖是遲來的人權正義，仍讓人感到欣慰；盼台灣成為不再有總統被關的國家。

法務部矯正署今天審查後核准，讓服刑中的前總統陳水扁保外就醫，入監超過6年的陳水扁將返家。

游錫堃透過聲明指出，雖是遲來的人權正義，仍讓人感到欣慰。他說，期許主政者能真正用心福國利民，莫讓司法成為政治爭鬥下的產物，讓台灣成為不再有總統被關的國家。
