香港流感21人死　疾管署：打疫苗降風險

香港傳出季節性A型流感病毒H3N2疫情肆虐，一周內有21人死亡，並新增33起重症個案，我疾病管制署副署長莊人祥說，今年的流感疫苗不論三價或四價疫苗都涵蓋A型流感H3N2，但因病毒產生變異，導致今年的疫苗保護力下降，目前國外流行的H3N2有6到7成是變異的病毒秼，而國內僅3成，根據最新統計，國內社區流感病毒驗出率為9.2%，遠低於香港的29%。
 
但考量春節將至，加上台港往來頻繁，莊人祥建議，最近到香港或中國的民眾最好先自費施打流感疫苗，即使無法百分之百確保不染病，但可降低病情的嚴重性，且要勤洗手，出入公共場合戴口罩，降低流感上身的機率；另65歲以上長者、幼童、有慢性疾病的患者應儘速接種公費流感疫苗，以免一旦被感染易產生重症。（邱俊吉／台北報導）
