乾癬讓我臉紅、全身發癢，該如何是好呢？

我本身有乾癬，加上不容易排汗，所以只要太熱或室內不通風，就會全身發癢，今年冬天更麻煩，只要吃太辣或太多海鮮，除了癢，還會臉脹紅，
而且是飯吃到一半就會這樣，
之前還有客戶以為我是喝太多酒或太害羞，真的很尷尬.…..
請教大家，能告訴我怎麼治療好嗎？
PS.我目前是在大醫院看皮膚科，有擦藥，但是效果很不好
