我有在銀髮族協會當志工，所以大概聽過，政府為因應高齡社會來臨，希望將老年人口投回職場，好處像是延緩失智（節省後續醫療與照護資源）、傳承專業、增加人力等等。各地應該會有什麼多元人力就業中心，去那邊問問看吧！我目前在新北市的民間站點，就有一群60歲以上的長輩重回職場。他們是受聘於此民間站點，但由政府支付薪水，而他們在此站點的服務，就是去各公司推廣雇用銀髮人力的計畫。各公司也在他們努力之下，給出適合銀髮的職缺，我目前看到好像有水電（技術性）、清潔等比較簡單的工作。但這計畫大概去年中實行，不確定南部有無推動，您可能還要去問問看，但希望他們能給你一些方向！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 112.105.244.95 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1425220928.A.DFB.html ※ 編輯: joanne770429 (112.105.244.95), 03/01/2015 22:43:58
