美國當局表示，拉斯維加斯1間醫院誤將裹著亞麻布的兩具死胎送洗衣店，讓業者嚇破膽。

美聯社報導，春谷醫院（Spring Valley Hospital）今天將混著兩具死胎的一堆醫療衣物，送往漢德森（Henderson）附近的安潔莉卡（Angelica）醫療衣物清洗店。

漢德森警方發言人表示，調查人員判定此為無心之過，沒有可疑之處。

春谷醫院發言人巴貝茲（Gretchen Papez）表示，1名懷孕初期流產的婦女搭救護車就醫時，流產的雙胞胎已用亞麻布包起來。

巴貝茲表示，院方正在調查疏失原因，並已於洗衣店送回胎兒遺體後聯繫家屬。
