最近參加活動刮中現金

活動方表示不方便到場領取可採用"回郵掛號現金袋" 的方式

無法親自領取或請人代領，(以郵戳為憑)附【回郵掛號現金袋】(郵資39元+現金袋2元)

因為我在學區小郵局那邊的服務人員都很忙，不想佔到他們太多時間

看相關文章又不是很清楚所以上來發問希望可以給我白話一些詳細一些的敘述 ..

我直接跟櫃台說我要回郵掛號現金袋就可以了嗎？郵局人員會給一個現金袋跟平信？

填寫方式我應該要怎麼填呢？

希望跟我說明步驟因為我真的完全不懂...只有寄過平信
