托人在台灣郵寄文件相關事宜

我在國外，申請台灣大學時少交了一份文件，現在截至日期就快到了，文件已經來不及從國外郵寄過來補交。因此我想問，如果我托人在台灣幫我寄補交文件給大學，郵費大概多少，多久會寄達？

大概有3~4間大學需要補交，文件就兩張A4紙而已，因爲需要麻煩別人跑郵局一趟，我想付一些酬勞，請問多少錢合適？
